Can I earn referral income?

Yes, when you are a member with Novel Realty Solutions you can still earn referral fees by referring out your client’s listing and buying needs to an active Realtor. You will retain 90% of the referral commission. Novel Realty Solutions will retain a minimum transaction fee of $250 per deal.

Can I actively list and sell homes?

Novel Realty Solutions members are engaged exclusively in referral real estate business. If you have a client who wishes to buy or sell, you can refer this business to any active Realtor you select and collect a referral fee when the transaction completes.

Can I keep my license active and still hold another job?

Yes, the Real Estate Act now allows people to keep their Real Estate license active while working at another job.

What will it cost me to be a member with Novel Realty Solutions?
