Real Estate Council of British Columbia License Info

Becoming a member with Novel Realty Solutions requires you to have a current license with the Real Estate Council of British Columbia and activate your membership with Novel Realty Solutions.

Follow the steps below:

1. Complete the Real Estate Council of British Columbia licensing renewal form available online at http://www.recbc.ca/licensee/forms.htm
   
2. Complete the Real Estate Council of British Columbia credit card payment form (License fee, E&O Insurance, Real Estate Compensation Fund) – available online at http://www.recbc.ca/index.htm
   
3. Novel Realty Solutions membership agreement – contact us via phone (250-808-1088) or email and we will provide you with a copy of our membership agreement which you will need to complete and return along with your payment to activate your membership. Or you can pay via Paypal using the button below.
   
   
   
   
4. Return all documents to Novel Realty Solutions via fax (250-450-9868) or scan and email to . Upon receipt of all fully completed documentation and accompanying payment, we will activate your membership.
